Espresso and pumpkin spice in one glass? Yes please! Get in the fall spirit this weekend with this delicious Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini! 🍂🎃☕️

🍂 ½ oz Pumpkin spice syrup, store-bought or homemade*
🍂 1oz Vodka
🍂 1 ½ oz Coffee liqueur
🍂 1oz Espresso (freshly made, but cooled)
🍂 Garnish with fresh nutmeg and 3 whole coffee beans

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Add ice and shake hard until chilled (a hard shake will give you that nice, rich foam on top). Strain into a coupe and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and 3 whole coffee beans. Enjoy!

*Pumpkin Spice Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
¼ cup pumpkin purée not pumpkin pie filling
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg preferably freshly grated
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a small saucepan, stir together the water, sugar, and spices. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring every so often to help dissolve the sugar. When the mixture boils and the sugar is dissolved, turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow the mixture to steep for a minimum of 15 minutes.
Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve over a shallow bowl in the sink. Stir the mixture in the fine-mesh sieve to help separate the syrup from the pumpkin purée. Let the mixture cool completely and then store in a sterile, airtight container in the refrigerator. Shake before using.

Time to get in the spooky spirit! 👻 This recipe is easy to customize depending on your tastes, and can be made hot or cold. Perfect for your Halloween festivities! 🎃

6 sugar cubes
12 whole cloves
Club soda
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1.5 cups apple juice
2 cups dark (or spiced) rum – or bourbon, if you prefer!
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Top with club soda or hard apple cider
Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon stick

In a mixing glass, muddle sugar cubes, cloves, and 3oz club soda until the sugar dissolves. Add mixture to a pitcher or punch bowl, then add remaining ingredients. If serving hot, heat this mixture. Otherwise, add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a glass over fresh ice and add garnish. Enjoy!

Apple Cider Mezcal Margarita

We've done apple cider cocktails with rum and bourbon, but have you tried pairing apple with mezcal? 🍎🔥 The smokiness from the mezcal and the charred cinnamon stick paired with the sweet apple cider feels like a cozy autumn day in front of the fireplace. Try the recipe below and let us know how you like it! • 3/4oz fresh lime juice • 3oz apple cider • 1/2oz orange liqueur • 2oz mezcal • For the rim: Cinnamon sugar & flaky salt • Garnish: apple slices, rosemary sprig, cinnamon stick Add 1 part cinnamon sugar to 1 part flaky salt and mix together. Run half a lime along the rim of your glass, then coat the rim in your sugar/salt mixture. Add lime juice, apple cider, orange liqueur, and mezcal to a shaker and shake with ice until chilled. Strain over fresh ice in your prepped glass. Garnish with apple slices, rosemary sprig, and a charred cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
