There’s a new Gaby Dion creation in our cocktail mixer lineup! Say hello to the Pineapple Rosemary Sour. For this one, Gaby first created a pineapple rosemary shrub with apple cider vinegar and then turned it into a sour with lemon juice. This mixer is highly versatile! Try it with tequila, gin, bourbon, or rum. Each mixer makes about 10 cocktails (delish without booze, as well!) and is pre-diluted, so no shaking necessary. 🍍🍍🍍

NOVEMBER COCKTAIL CLUB: Fall Cocktails

Fall is officially here! We had a great time showcasing fall flavors at our last in person cocktail class and decided to use some of the same ingredients in this month’s cocktail club kit as well. This month, we’ll be crafting drinks with bourbon, calvados, and an awesome madeira-like fortified wine called Villa Oeiras Carcavelos Tinto 10 Yr. In addition to the spirits, you’ll get to try two new house-made syrups: Persimmon Spiced Syrup and Cranberry Spiced Syrup. These cocktails are sure to get you in the spirit for November!

This month’s kit will include:

• Elijah Craig Small Batch (375ml)
• Domaine de Montreuil Calvados Selection (750ml)
• Villa Oeiras Carcavelos Tinto 10 Yr. (500ml)
• House-made Persimmon Spiced Syrup (8oz)
• House-made Cranberry Spiced Syrup (8oz)
• Crude Attawanhood Cherry Clove & Cinnamon Bitters (2oz)
• Dehydrated persimmons
• A pre-recorded instructional video and three original cocktail recipes

One kit makes about 12-16 cocktails. Kits can be picked-up in store or shipped. Kits will be ready starting Friday, November 8th from our new store location at 1500 Adams Ave 104A, Costa Mesa. Kits will be available for purchase during the rest of the month.

Cocktail Club kits can be purchased one time or as a recurring monthly subscription.

Themes and ingredients will change each month.  
Cocktail kits are non-refundable. Modifications to kits politely declined.

 8 Marks Collection Aged $189.99
The 8 Marks Collection Aged 1 Year in Ex-Bourbon Casks is the latest addition to Hampden’s line up of releases. While the first edition of this box focused on the ester content of the unaged distillates, this new release reveals the impact of one year of aging in ex-bourbon casks on each of the distillery’s 8 Marks.

Great House 2024 $139.99
The Great House series began in 2019 as an annual release of blended, aged rum. Each year different marks - or flavor profiles as measured in esters - are chosen to create a new expression of the distillery.

The 2024 release is a blend of three marks from multiple vintages that showcases bold energy, richness and balance with a jolt of high aromatic intensity that exemplifies the iconic nature of Hampden Estate Rum. Bottled at 57% abv with no additives.

October wine club drops next Tuesday! If you haven’t already, join us for a monthly subscription of wines focused on small production, with an emphasis on low intervention farming techniques and minimal human influence in the production of the wine itself. Using the in-depth knowledge and curation that we’ve applied for years to our spirits selection, we’ve adopted the same philosophy to our wine club. The wines we choose will lean toward being Old World, but we will also highlight domestic wines that we feel passionate about. Gaby looks for wines that are well balanced and food friendly. She also selects options for our club with seasonality in mind. Tasting notes, food pairing ideas, and key production notes will be included with each wine. 2 and 3 bottle subscriptions available. is back! 💥 We’ve got all your favs: Red aperitivo, Marsielle amaro, Brown coffee liqueur, Yellow génépi, and Black nocino. And! We’ve also got their newest one-off release: Four. Four is a floral, bittersweet liqueur inspired by white, bitter aperitifs made in France and Italy. Works well as a substitute for floral liqueurs like elderflower liqueur, or in place of a white gentian bitter aperitivo. Only a limited amount available, so get yours before they get scooped up!

EXCEPTIONAL CASK SELECTION MARK XXVI “MAGISTERIUM”

A blend of three distinct 16 year single blended rums, distilled in the copper double-retort pot still and the continuous twin column coffey still of Foursquare.

Two of the rums were double maturations, one aging 3 years in ex-bourbon casks, then 13 additional years in ex-oloroso sherry barrels- the other aging 9 years in ex-bourbon followed by 7 years in ex-oloroso sherry.

The last was a single blended rum matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks for 16 years.

All aging, blending, and bottling occurs entirely on-site at Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados.
Bottled at 58% ABV-116 Proof.

Add this bianco vermouth to our list of favorite things. 😍 Some of you may be familiar with Antica Torino. We’ve been big fans of their rosso and dry vermouths for some time. For this limited release of 660 bottles, they’ve created a barrel-aged white vermouth that Gaby says tastes like “the nectar of the gods.” 🤣 And it’s true. It’s honeyed, rich, herbaceous, and citrusy with an incredible mouthfeel. The vermouth itself has a wine base made from Piedmontese grapes such as Trebbiano, Chardonnay, and Cortese. They also feature botanicals such as wormwood, licorice, Florentine iris, marjoram, sage, thistle, thyme, and coriander. The vermouth is then aged in 500 liter French oak casks for 13 months. Don’t miss! Absolutely delicious over ice with a lemon peel. 😙👌 Limited bottles in stock now.

Tinned fish is trending and we are here for it! Gaby has been perfecting all the ways to style and utilize a variety of tinned fish both on a board and creating dishes (cooking) with them as well. Forget the sad days of plain sardines and saltines, we will show you that with the right accoutrements and wine, you can take it from a weekday “girl dinner” to a theme for your next party. From smoked mussels to sardines with yuzu koshu, we have a variety that will open your eyes to all the possibilities. Plus, we will be pairing it all with our favorite wines!
