1000 Stories Pinot Noir- amazing taste with an amazing price tag.

The flavors of this wine were enhanced by aging in seasoned American oak, bringing along hints of vanilla, coconut oil, and allspice. Our use of American oak is a twist on the usual method for aging Pinot Noir, and is a boldly spirited pursuit of doing things differently.

WhistlePig Boss Hog XI The Juggernaut Straight Rye Whiskey is a whiskey that is hand-bottled on the Whistlepig Farm and aged in new American oak barrels, then finished in Thandai barrels. Come grab a bottle of champagne or two and let’s make a CHAMPAGNE SPARKLER

•1/2 cup Champagne or sparkling wine (I like Prosecco for this recipe)
•1-2 oz Sparkling White Grape Juice
•4-6 Green Grapes, Frozen
•2-3 Blackberries
•Sprigs of mint for garnish

Edible gold star glitter, optional
Firework stirrer sticks, optional

Instructions
In a champagne flute or glass, add frozen grapes and sparkling white grape juice.

Top off the glass with champagne and blackberries.

Add on top sprig of mint, sprinkle edible glitter, and/or place a firework pick in glass for a festive New Year’s flair!
