🍹 Rum Root Beer Float 🍨
Indulge in the perfect summer treat with a twist of rum in this refreshing Rum Root Beer Float! Creamy vanilla ice cream meets the bubbly sweetness of root beer, all topped off with a splash of rum for a delicious adult version of a classic favorite. Cheers to summer!
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of root beer
- 1 1/2 oz of rum
- Whipped cream
- Maraschino cherry
- Sprig of mint
Instructions:
1. In a tall glass, add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
2. Pour the root beer over the ice cream until the glass is almost full.
3. Slowly drizzle the rum into the glass.
4. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a sprig of mint.
6. Serve with a straw and a long spoon for an extra special treat!

Kentucky Bourbon Balls
Ingredients
2.5 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
1.5 cups finely chopped pecans
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons Kentucky bourbon
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup powdered sugar for dusting
