Hello, folks!! I'm sorry about not being able to respond to anything on this page!! I got locked out for some reason and have had one heck of a time getting back in until now. I apologize if you've tried getting ahold of me. I'm always hooked up to my professional page's FB Messenger so messaging Michael Patrick Root is a great way as well as texting my new business number that I posted a while ago. I'm mainly doing my house managing, cleaning, grocery delivery, and any other errand runs for people. I can use my vehicle to transport people since I hit a deer and have been waiting to get the bumper fixed. Certain people have been allowing me to use their vehicle in order to drive them or their loved ones to their essential appointments. Other than that, that service is unavailable until further notice. (Enclosed is a photo of one of my house managing client's "to do list.") I've been going to their home twice a week for almost 15 months. I pick up their groceries, deliver them, prep/cook their meals, laundry, snowblowing, taking care of their plants in the summer, making sure they are fully stocked on items, and other misc projects that save them from having to do it. People basically buy time from me. Time for them to be able to focus on their career, side business, family, leisure, ect. PSA: The summer season is winding down. I wanted to let everyone know that I am taking a couple more House Managing clients/week. House Managing is a MAJOR need. Many people don't have time in their busy work schedules to do what most people would think as "simple household chores." Yes, they are simple but it isn't easy to do everything that needs to be done around the house on top of working full time jobs and/or running a business, etc. People basically pay me for time. Time can be extremely expensive for certain people depending on what they do for work. Every hour that's spent doing these "simple" chores could be spent scaling your business, putting in more work hours, spending quality time with your family, etc. I have been coming to this household putting in between 8-12 hours/week knocking out whatever they need me to knock out for almost an entire year. I do their grocery shopping/pickup, deliver them, prep/cook their meals, do their laundry/make their beds, restock all of their paper/soap/dog food, make sure their dog's "mess" is taken care of, take care of their recycling, take them on errand runs or to the airport, let them know what items they may need that are getting low in stock, and have been helping them with their online retail store. Their business has grown substantially since I've been there due to my 8 year background in running my own online shops. Whatever they need, I do it. If you or a loved one has been looking for someone like me to be at your service, please let them know! I also have experience in Home Health Care. If there is anybody who needs someone to help with their elderly/disabled family member as well, I'd be happy to do it. Hello, family, friends, followers, and fellow community members!! Thank you for the shares. Every split second tap of that share button helps! I've been getting many designated/airport driving messages which is amazing! I do want to note that the best way for me to accommodate you is if you get ahold of me a few days in advance since I'm fully booked 85% of the time. This will allow me time to schedule you in for a lift to the airport. Designated or other essential driving services, I need a few days notice as well as a detailed inquiry regarding when, where, and how many people will be in your party. If you narrow it down to a specific time, I can see if I can fit you in or come up with a different time slot that will work for all of us. If you want to grab dinner at 5pm, but I can only do 6pm, we can plan it out that way or plan a different day. I appreciate the patience everyone has had with me. I am a one man show offering services that realistically could use a few extra workers to be able accommodate EVERYONE. I am juggling house managing/cleaning/grocery/prescription delivery, and offering essential rides to private citizens by appointment. I appreciate all of the shares, folks!! I wanted to create a business that offered multiple services that can benefit a large number of people. There is a large need for every single service that I offer. I appreciate the Cheboygan Daily Tribune and The Petoskey News Review for calling me up out of the blue wanting to do a story on what I have up my sleeves. I did a poll and 95% of people told me to open up shop as soon as possible. I took the bull by the horns and dove right into it. House management/cleaning, grocery/prescription pickup/delivery, and essential rides have been a massive hit. I have City Hall, local pharmacies, hotels, marinas, McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital, and many other entities handing my name out which has gotten me alot of business. It is absolutely humbling to know that I have an excellent reputation in my hometown to the point where I have our local government helping me out. It's absolutely INSANE. Not only has the region supported my acting career but they are highly supportive of my business venture. It is a great feeling knowing I have so many people rooting for me to win. This is convenient for them because they don't have to come all the way to Cheboygan to pick up their food. Hello! I hope you are having a great Sunday! I am posting some information regarding my "House Managing" service that I've been offering! I'm basically a hired in male "house wife." LOL. Let's say you are a business person or have an extremely busy career. We all know there are only so many hours in a day. It can get extremely stressful having to take the time away from work or much needed rest because you have to cook your meals, do your laundry, pick up your groceries/prescriptions/run other errands, clean your house, take care of your animals, etc. My job is to take all of that extra stress away so you can focus more on your business/career/leisure time. It makes a huge difference having someone come in and take that load off. We know time is money so if you have to take that extra time to do the things you need to do so your house isn't in "shambles," your money making time is over. I've found out that house managing is a huge need around here. If you want someone you can trust to make sure everything is in order, I am your guy. I can also house sit for you, watch over a loved one while you are away, etc. If you or anybody else has been looking for somebody to do this, please let them know I can do it. I am a one man show so I can only take on so many people as I offer other services for people such as being their own personal chauffer. We've been getting nailed with a bunch of snowfall so I hope everyone is able to get around safely! I really want to inform people about my house managing service that's been going extremely well. People are absolutely loving the fact that they don't have to deal with the extra stress. Enclosed are a few photos of some of the jobs one of my clients has me doing for them twice a week. I sometimes do their grocery pickup as well so they don't have to waste their time having to go to the store so they can focus more.on their business and/or other priorities. This client not only has a full time career but also runs 2 businesses out of her home. I help her with that, also.
