Using four separatory funnels, each representing one of Scotland's whisky regions-Highland, Lowland, Speyside, and Islay-participants will explore the distinct flavors and aromas that define each area. Ingredient
🍸 1 1/2 oz. Owen's Espresso Martini Mix
🎃 3/4 oz. Veil Double Espresso Vodka
🍸 1/2 oz. Sweet Shoppe Espresso Martini
🎃 1/4 oz. REAL Pumpkin Spice Infused Syrup

Instructions
1) Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, add ice and shake.
2) Strain into a Martini glass.
3) Top with powdered cinnamon (optional).

This sip is a must-try St. Patrick’s twist on the classic whiskey cocktail. Made with fresh ingredients and bright flavors, we’re positive it will shamrock your world. So, add some green to your glass and celebrate! Clover Whiskey Fizz 🍀 • 2 oz. Irish Whiskey • 1⁄2 oz. Simple Syrup • Splash of Lime Juice • 8 Fresh Mint Leaves • Sparkling Wine or Ginger Ale • Crushed Ice Place mint leaves, splash of lime juice, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Gently muddle. Pour Irish Whiskey into cocktail shaker and top with ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass and add crushed ice. Top with sparkling wine or ginger ale.
