Happy New Years, kiddos! I can’t thank you all enough for supporting Persona. Ya’ll are the absolute best, truly. Never could have imagined that my little bottle shop would have given me such a bad ass community that fills me with such joy. LOVE YOU ALL

Now, we are open today from 12-7 and poppin some bubs for the people. We are CLOSED 1/1 - 1/3 so that I can spend time with my fam. Re open 1/4 with special guest and 1/5 with OG .

Domaine Le Facteur ‘Vouvray Extra Brut’ NV is a true bad boy. 100% Chenin Blanc, hand harvested from clay/limestone. Grapes are direct pressed and spontaneously ferment in neutral barrel. Racked to barrique élevage prior to bottling with grape must to kick start secondary fermentation. Disgorged, unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal SO2

Crispy, vibrant, lively acidity, pear, citrus. This is your holiday banger

🚨 Banger on board 🚨 I got my dirty little paws on 2 bottles of 2021 A & JF Ganevat ‘Kopin’ Vin de Blanc, White Blend. IYKYK

Blend of Chardonnay (Burgundy), Savagnin (Jura), & Riesling (Alsace), aged in demi-muids. The current bottling is a combo of 2017 and 2018 vintages. There are notes of pear, mineral aroma, lil flinty, touch of salinity, tart apples, Meyer lemon, and almond.

First come, first serve. Cheers, wine nerds.

Holy smokes, this is one is a beaut. 2023 Azienda Agricola ‘SP68’ Rosso from Sicily is 70% Frappato & 30% Nero d’Avola. The bunches are harvested by hand, destemmed, and co-fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in concrete tanks.

It’s giving aromas of roses, violets, and blood orange. On the palate, wild strawberries, gentle citrus, touch of dried herbs. Only a couple bottles left, just sayin.

I fkn love a red bub. You all know this. If you haven’t had the honor of sipping one yourself, allow me to introduce you to an absolute heater from .wine 2023 ‘Don’t Tell Mom’ is technically a Piquette, but it certainly drinks like a dry Lambrusco.

It’s a blend of Pinot, Carignan, Syrah, and Sauv Blanc. It’s brambly berries. It’s peppery. It’s crispy. It’s so fun. Come grab a bottle, but don’t tell mom, k?
