🚨 Banger on board 🚨 I got my dirty little paws on 2 bottles of 2021 A & JF Ganevat ‘Kopin’ Vin de Blanc, White Blend. IYKYK

Blend of Chardonnay (Burgundy), Savagnin (Jura), & Riesling (Alsace), aged in demi-muids. The current bottling is a combo of 2017 and 2018 vintages. There are notes of pear, mineral aroma, lil flinty, touch of salinity, tart apples, Meyer lemon, and almond.

First come, first serve. Cheers, wine nerds.

Holy smokes, this is one is a beaut. 2023 Azienda Agricola ‘SP68’ Rosso from Sicily is 70% Frappato & 30% Nero d’Avola. The bunches are harvested by hand, destemmed, and co-fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in concrete tanks.

It’s giving aromas of roses, violets, and blood orange. On the palate, wild strawberries, gentle citrus, touch of dried herbs. Only a couple bottles left, just sayin.

I fkn love a red bub. You all know this. If you haven’t had the honor of sipping one yourself, allow me to introduce you to an absolute heater from .wine 2023 ‘Don’t Tell Mom’ is technically a Piquette, but it certainly drinks like a dry Lambrusco.

It’s a blend of Pinot, Carignan, Syrah, and Sauv Blanc. It’s brambly berries. It’s peppery. It’s crispy. It’s so fun. Come grab a bottle, but don’t tell mom, k?

You all asked for more slightly heavier reds and I listened, so you’re welcome. New to the shop, 2021 Noah ‘Rosso Noah’ Coste della Sesia Rosso is 50% Nebbiolo, 40% Croatina, 10% Vespolina. Made in the heart of Bramaterra.

It’s like a dark cherry kissed a plum. Touch of licorice, dried herbs, little earthy ash.

Let’s give a warm welcome to 2022 ‘Nerd Duck’ from . Mr. Duck is 94% white Maria Gomes grapes and 6% red Baga grapes. Coming from Bairrada, Portugal.

Maceration of Maria Gomes juice with Baga skins. It’s giving mineral, wet stone, meets wild red fruit, spiced pear, bay leaf, and rose petal. It’s fkn cool.

My love for this wine runs so deep. 2023 Maude Rochette ‘Les Chien Romantiques’ Gamay is aromatic, juicy, silky, sexy little Beaujolais bomb. And like, who doesn’t love some romantic doggies? Anyway, it’s perfect for the upcoming holidays and I highly suggest snagging a bottle asap.

For the people who love to drink seasonally ‘This Is Not Another Lovely Malbec’ from Matías Riccitelli is probably what you’re looking for.

100% Malbec from Argentina, hand harvested, 50% whole cluster in open top vats, fermented with indigenous yeasts and gentle slow extraction, aged 8 months after harvest in small concrete eggs.

This is the juice. Floral nose, rich dark fruits, smidge of leather. It’s quite lovely.

Feeling a little slutty for Chenin? I bet.

Damien Bureau 2022 ‘Les Saulaies’ is a stunner. Spontaneous fermentation with direct press grapes, aged in stainless steel, no fining, no filtration. Smooth, touch of fruit, fresh, balanced acidity, elegant AF.
