Radler Paloma
Ingredients
2 ounces tequila available at Fast Lane Liquor
3/4 ounce grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Stiegl radler beer, to top
Garnish: grapefruit twist

Steps:
Add all the ingredients except the beer into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
Top with the beer.
Express the oil of a grapefruit twist over top, and spear the twist as a garnish.

Americano Cocktail- A must try!
Ingredients available at Fast Lane Liquor
1 1/2 ounces Campari
1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
Soda water, chilled, to top
Garnish: orange twist
Steps:
Fill a highball glass with ice, then add the Campari and sweet vermouth.
Top with the soda water and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with an orange twist.

Spiced Pear Spritz
This winter spritz gets a warming boost from a tropical Caribbean liqueur.

Ingredients available at Fast Lane Liquor
1 ounce pear vodka, such as Grey Goose La Poire
1/2 ounce falernum liqueur
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2–3 ounces dry sparkling white wine
Splash of club soda
1 whole star anise and thin pear slices, for garnish

Directions:
In a large, ice-filled wine glass add vodka, velvet falernum, and bitters.
Top with sparkling wine and a splash of club soda.
Garnish with star anise and a few pear slices.

French 75 - Perfect for N.Y.E.!

Ingredients available Fast Lane Liquor
- 30ml/1fl oz gin
- 15ml/1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
champagne, to taste
- 10ml/2 teaspoons of the sugar syrup

Steps:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour 10ml/2 teaspoons of the sugar syrup over the ice along with the gin and lemon juice.
- Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a flute using a hawthorne cocktail strainer and a fine mesh strainer. If you don’t have a strainer, any kitchen sieve will work just as well.
Top up with the champagne and stir gently to mix the drink. Garnish the French 75 with a lemon twist if using.

Bourbon Rosemary Punch- Perfect for the Holidays!
Serves approximately 16 people
Ingredients available at Lane Liquor
1 bottle rosemary-infused Aperol (750 mL)*
12 ounces bourbon
6 ounces honey syrup
6 ounces grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
1 bottle dry sparkling wine (750 mL), to top
1 bottle soda water (750 mL), to top
Garnish: 16 grapefruit wheels
Garnish: 16 rosemary sprigs
Steps:
Combine the rosemary-infused Aperol, bourbon, honey syrup and grapefruit juice in a punch bowl and add large ice cubes.
For each serving, ladle 3 ounces of punch into a punch glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with a splash of sparkling wine and a splash of soda water.
Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and a rosemary sprig.
*Rosemary-infused Aperol: Place 4 sprigs of rosemary in a 750 mL bottle of Aperol and let sit for 6 hours at room temperature, then strain out herbs.

Under the Mistletoe
Ingredients:
4 cranberries
2 orange half-wheels
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces London dry gin
Cranberry juice, to top
Club soda, chilled, to top
Garnish: thyme sprig
Garnish: 3 cranberries

Steps:
In a Collins glass, muddle the cranberries and orange half-wheels with the simple syrup.
Fill the glass with ice and add the gin.
Top with a mixture of two parts cranberry juice to one part club soda.
Stir with a thyme sprig, leaving it in the glass, and garnish with three additional cranberries.

Cold Brew Sangria- It's the coffee trend you MUST try.
Be sure to drink this cold brew black—the fruit, Cointreau, and simple syrup sweeten things up, so you won't even miss milk or cream.
Ingredients:
32 oz. cold brew (iced coffee is okay too)
8 oz. tequila.
4 oz. Cointreau (or other orange-flavored liqueur)
1 Tbsp. simple syrup
1 Orange, Sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 Granny Smith apple, diced
Find your favorite Tequila and Cointreau at Fast Lane Liquor
Directions:
Step 1
Combine cold brew, tequila, Cointreau and simple syrup in a large pitcher, stirring until well mixed. Add fruit and refrigerate, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 2
Pour into glasses filled with ice and serve.

New Year’s Eve Rum Berry Cocktail, your new favorite!
Inggredients:
All spirits available at Fast Lane Liquor:
- 90 ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) spiced rum.
- 510 ml (2 cups + 2 tbsp) pomegranate juice 100% juice, not the diluted kind
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Cointreau
- 240 ml (1 cup) spiced ginger beer
- 250 g (2 cups minus 3 tbsp) frozen mixed berries
- Ice optional
- 90 g (3/4 cup) fresh raspberries
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme

Instructions:
Pour the rum, pomegranate juice, Cointreau and ginger beer into a large jug. Stir to mix.
90 ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) spiced rum, 510 ml (2 cups + 2 tbsp) pomegranate juice, 30 ml (2 tbsp) Cointreau, 240 ml (1 cup) spiced ginger beer.
alf fill 4-6 glasses with frozen berries (add a little ice to if you want to).
250 g (2 cups minus 3 tbsp) frozen mixed berries, Ice
Fill the glasses with the cocktail, then top with a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of fresh thyme before serving.
90 g (3/4 cup) fresh raspberries, A few sprigs of fresh thyme
