Ferriol Cava is produced in the Penedés region of Spain using 100% Estate Grapes. This Cava is bright and citrusy on the palate, with lots of lively bubbles!

Freshly arrived at Mac’s: 2023 Maçanita Touriga Nacional em Rosé, and perfect for a bright and sunny Saturday like today ☀️

Matthew, our Wine Buyer, had the opportunity to visit Maçanita Vinhos in the Douro Valley in Portugal in March of this year, and got to meet Joana Maçanita (2nd Picture), the winemaker. In a region more known for Port production, Joana has been a pioneer and leader in making bright, fresh and nervy wines in a sustainable way.

This Rosé is made from 100% Touriga Nacional grapes grown in schist soils at high elevations in the Douro. This wine shows a beautiful rose-pink color, and is the perfect balance of light floral notes on the nose and fresh strawberry fruit on the palate. Perfect to enjoy on its own, or paired with seafood and fresh vegetables. One sip of this wine and you will be transported to the beautiful Douro Valley!

Hot summer days call for a refreshing libation, like the Mac’s Strawberry Lemon Spritz! 🍓🍋 This drink is very simple to prepare, using just Limoncello, Prosecco, and fresh strawberries, and is easily scalable so that you can make enough for you and all of your friends to enjoy in a jiffy!
