This recipe comes to your from our local friends at ! Let’s go ahead and batch out those martinis for your NYE celebrations!
This recipe is for a 3:1 martini. First things first... don’t throw away your last bottle of Gin Mignonette! Open your new bottle, and pour off 10oz of gin into your old bottle. Now take your bottle of gin and add 6 Oz dry vermouth. Then, water. Normal stirring or shaking will dilute your cocktail with about 20% water, so our magic number is 4oz water dilution. Since I want my martini dirty, we are splitting the water with some olive brine. You can adjust the water and brine ratio as needed for your desired dirtiness.
