Missouri Meerschaum Corn Cob Pipes return to The Story Teller's Pipe! A corn cob gives a great smoke. Its as simple as that. There is nothing more natural and elemental than the simple corn cob pipe! It's inexpensive so everyone can afford one. If you were to lose it its far easier to replace than that expensive pipe. The to***co business is sometimes pretty sketchy. This is particularly true after the insanity of the pandemic where every one was shutting down and nothing was available. It seems to only now be getting back to some semblance of order. Most of the importers have long waiting lists of backorders and when the product comes in, well you can guess the result. When something come in there is a scramble that resembles blood in shark infested waters! 😂 Anyway, we received a major shipment of Rattray's and Fribourg and Treyer and restocked the shelves! However, its already starting to run out of here. Both of these blenders are mighty popular with our STP community and its already going fast! He's been gone months but now he is back! In Celtic folklore, The Holly King was the ruler over the winter months. Along with the winter weather, he also brought the joy of the holidays! In Ireland, Santa Claus derived much of his personality and look from this ancient legend. Our blending artist, Sean Faires, again brings us this delightful house blend for the holidays that honors this grand tradition. Smooth and fruity at the beginning, “The Holly King” transitions into a spicier presentation throughout the bowl. It is a satisfying smoke with a gentle room note of baking spice cakes.

The Orientals within are musky and herbal; the Red Virginia brings tang and woodiness. The stoved Katerini brings along its spice! The stoved Rustica offers a stout body and a peppery sensation which harmonizes with a light Latakia smokiness. PIPE FORCE IV is offered as a 1.5oz plug cut.

It is unusual for us to have a George Jensen limited release in stock weeks after the initial release. I think it likely that the word hasn't gotten around on this blend. My personal review is below and I find it a very unique experience. Especially experienced smokers will be drawn to the stoved Rustica. We have it when you are ready to join the force :-)

I found I had zero problems with keeping it lit through most of the bowl. The description here is accurate although I wouldn't characterize it as an English. Cindi and I (S***t) are celebrating 50 years of marriage this year! We wanted to do something special together, so we will be traveling for the whole month of July (and the first week of August.) Because of our absence there will be some adjustments to our usual speedy shipping and fast customer service. Of course the web site will be up 24/7. We do intend to stay in touch while we travel and email ([email protected]) is the best way to reach us. However, shipping will be tougher. I have several sons who will fill in the gaps during our absence, but they will only be doing this as quickly as they are able. During that time orders may be shipped up to 7 days after your order. We will not be able to ship any bulk to***cos during our absence but we will fill any of those orders on our return.

This is a very "spirited" return of the Crumble Cake series as No. 6. Red Virginias and Black Cavendish are blended with genuine Perique that is grown and processed in St. James Parish, Louisiana. This marks the debut of this spicy leaf in the aging barrel! Aged 30 days in a rum barrel, the blend develops a sweet and spicy depth. It is then pressed and sliced into crumble cakes melding the rich flavors.
