It saddens us to announce we are closing for the foreseeable future. Sunday, December 20th will be our last day open at Bodega on Broadway. This was not an easy decision to make, folks.

With a steep rise in Covid-19 cases, city and state-wide restrictions have forced us to shorten our hours of operation with the potential for even more constraints. Due to the inevitable financial strain present for most businesses during the pandemic, it simply is not viable for us to remain open currently.

We are placing everything on pause at the moment during these times of uncertainty. Our hours of operation this week are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. We hope to return sometime next year at a different location. Consider this more of a hibernation than a closing.

The reception received since opening has been nothing short of amazing. We have been happy to provide amenities to local small businesses, downtown workers, citizens and visitors alike for the past 5 months.

We appreciate Asheville’s unwavering support for BoB. We will cherish the friendships made with purveyors and regulars alike and will dearly miss seeing them every day. We can’t wait to serve you again in the future.

Until then, stay safe out there and remain positive. We will prevail through these crazy and unpredictable times together as a community.

We’re getting ready for a busy Halloween weekend! We’re debuting a new breakfast item tomorrow AM! Take a gander at this gorgeous overnight chia cup featuring homemade oat milk, chia seeds, pinenuts, pistachios, cashews, honey and a peach preserve at the bottom with sugar and cinnamon and topped with candied peaches and mint.
