Le Cohiba Lanceros est Le cigare cubain par excellence. Historiquement, ce fut le cigare que le gouvernement cubain offrait à ses invités, politiciens en gage de respect. C’est aussi le 1er module créé par la grande maison Cohiba. Doté d’une longue et fine silhouette, il est enveloppé d’une belle cape douce et soyeuse.

A cru, il offre des senteurs de cèdre et de sous-bois. Les premières bouffées sont plutôt végétales, mais douces et dotées de légères touches miellées. Il faut un peu de temps pour gagner le 2e tiers, qui se montre quant à lui un peu plus animal, envahissant le palais de notes de cuir et de poivre noir. Le dernier tiers se montrera plus puissant, sans être trop agressif. Il faut compter environ 2h pour déguster ce cigare mythique.

The Cohiba Lanceros is the quintessential Cuban cigar. Historically, this was the cigar that the Cuban government offered to its guests, politicians as a token of respect. It is also the first module created by the large Cohiba house. Endowed with a long and fine silhouette, it is wrapped in a beautiful soft and silky cape. Raw, it offers scents of cedar and undergrowth. The first puffs are rather vegetal, but soft and endowed with slight hints of honey. It takes a little time to gain the 2nd third, which is a little more animal, invading the palate with notes of leather and black pepper. The last third will be more powerful, without being too aggressive. It takes about 2 hours to taste this mythical cigar.
