Thunder on 9 mile hill

Sandia Speedway is the perfect venue for this event and I am confident we have enough to keep everyone busy on this “90 acre playground”.

Thunder on 9 mile hill to me is Albuquerque’s version of Sturgis. Albuquerque has been dying for a great motorcycle rally for a long, long time!

Charlie Fegan, operating manager of Sandia Speedway and I have known each other for many years. Charlie and I partnered up to make this motorcycle rally happen.

If you call and book your weekend package now you can check in as early as Tuesday, July 2nd! We will NOT be providing fireworks at the Speedway, but if you check in early we can provide you with a list of all the fireworks events in Albuquerque.

For all of my out-of-town friends, Albuquerque is a beautiful place to ride! There is so much to see and experience. If you check in early, you will be provided with a list of places to ride (with detailed maps, gas stations, food places & bars).
