Our Story
Internationally recognized as the finest beer brewed in the sea port of Qingdao City, China, Tsingtao is one of the finest and smoothest beers around.
Our master brewers select only the finest ingredients from all over the world – fresh spring water from Laoshan Mountain (best known for its purity of water); yeast from Germany; barley malt from Australia, Canada and France; and high-quality hops and rice from Western China.
Founded by German settlers in 1903, TsingTao Brewery uses the same pure ingredients that were used 100 years ago. Today, it is exported and sold in over 100 countries around the world, making it China’s most widely exported beer. Our journey in Singapore takes us back to 1948 where we became the first Chinese Beer Brand in Singapore and has received increasing popularity among the local beer drinkers ever since.
