Exciting and delicious stuff coming out of the coastal town Orbost, East Gippsland, Australia courtesy of none other than Sailors Grave Brewing!⁠⠀

1. Crystal Healing Gose 4.7% ⁠⠀
Collab with Stomping Ground & Little Latin Lucy. This is a Gose brewed with Crystal Apple Cucumber straight from their farm. Uses foraged Karkalla and Prickly Pear. Tangy and refreshing with a saline edge.⁠⠀

2. Wild Strawberries Cream Sour 4.5%⁠⠀
Inspired by the song Wild Strawberries, beer is an hommage to the song that got Sailors Grave through many a hard canning day! Its A kettle sour brewed with lactose, vanilla & local fresh & wild strawberries. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
3. Lemon Meringue Cream Sour 4.8%⁠⠀
Kettle soured and brewed with local organic lemons, lactose and vanilla, then dry-hopped heavily with Lemondrop, Denali, Amarillo & Citra. Solid body with lemon zing and bright hoppiness. Creamy, tart and refreshing in the style of our Peach Melba Pavlova Cream Sour.⁠⠀

4. Drunken Sailor Breakfast Stout 5%⁠⠀
Packed to the 500ml brim with morning essentials! Oats, milk sugar, a touch of vanilla and cinnamon and a hit of coffee - Ethiopian Sidamo Werka, to be exact which is an heirloom variety coffee micro-roasted by Genovese. Theres also a little Lark Whisky barrel oak aging for good measure.⁠⠀

5. Uni| Sea Urchin & Lemon Myrtle Gose 4.5% ** BACK AGAIN⁠⠀
Brewed for the Wild Seafood Festival in Mallacoota ⁠⠀
with local Sea Urchin and Lemon Myrtle. The Sea Urchin roe adds a subtle umami quality which is offset by the bright lemony finish from the Lemon Myrtle.⁠⠀

Stone and Modern Times Collab - Wizards & Gargoyles has just arrived in time for halloween!⁠ We're definitely fans of this unique beer as well as the old school arcade art that makes us want to bust out our Gameboys.

In terms of tasting notes it's an IPA brewed with actual coffee and a combination of hops (Citra and Centennial) that give it a nice citrus flavour. So you've got a strong coffee flavour with delicious citrus notes cutting through.
