Our Sommelier built his career in San Francisco, one of the world class regions for wines, and where many professionals in the industry trained, and thrived on the ecosystem of wineries, winemakers, and distributors. He is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and a Knight of the Confraria do Vinho do Porto. Some of the wineries that we have partnered with, were a result of relationship built then, e.g. With his origins in the west coast of the United States, our US wines from Walla Walla, Willamette Valley, Edna Valley, and Washington State are close to his heart. So it means so much to us to be able to bring to Singapore these wines, some of which have over 95 points rating on Wine Spectator, Decanter, Robert Parker and the likes. We hope that you take a moment to have a sip of our wines through our wine tasting events, or just taking a leap and buying a bottle! We would love to savour them with you in person, but these Covid times have not been the best for social gatherings. Chamisal Vineyards has become one of the most renowned producers of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir on California’s Central Coast.

The estate vineyard encompasses 82 acres planted across three distinct soil types: Chamise Shaly Loam, Tierra Sandy Loam, and Salinas Clay Loam. Located just five miles from the Pacific Ocean, the estate vineyard thrives in one of the coolest cool-climate regions across the winegrowing world.

The maritime influence of its proximity to the Pacific Ocean has a huge influence on the quality and character of the wines. The vineyard receives the benefit of a longer and more temperate growing season, allowing for the development of complexity and intensity in these exquisite wines, balanced by a coastal freshness that has become a hallmark of Chamisal.

They are constantly learning from the vineyard and adapting and evolving their faming methods and the way the wines are made in the cellar. Each vintage is a culmination of the vintages before it, a patient and persistent progression of tinkering, experiments, and adjustments in the cellar to nudge each wine closer to its fullest and highest expression.

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of the 2021 Quilceda Creek Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine that has achieved a perfect 100-point score from esteemed critics.

Founded in 1979 by Alex Golitzin, Quilceda Creek has established itself as a premier producer of Cabernet Sauvignon in Washington State, with guidance from Alex's uncle, the legendary André Tchelistcheff. Since 1993, winemaking has been led by Alex's son, Paul Golitzin, who continues to refine their flagship wine.

The 2021 vintage is predominantly sourced from the renowned Champoux Vineyard (90%), with the remaining 10% from Mach One Vineyard. This exceptional wine spent 20 months maturing in 100% new French oak barrels.

Critic Owen Bargreen awarded this wine 100 points, stating:
