Sakari Yuzu Sake

The purest Yuzu juice is mixed with a 75% polished Junmai sake base to create the cleanest and freshest of flavours. It is light enough to enjoyed chilled on its own without diluting, and gives the impression that the fruit was just squeezed yesterday!

Very well balanced and enjoyable fruit infused sake.

🥃Whisky: Macallan 30
Matured in Spanish oaks casks which were handmade and seasoned with sherry in Jerez, Spain.

👃Aroma: Full and well spiced - aromas of flamed orange peel. Intense in the start not till the end.

👅Palate: like a Macallan, full on the palate, intense and not abrasive, honey noted and good texture with some crushed grapes. Clean in the mouth with a well fruited finish, espresso and a dusting of chocolate.

👀Colour: Light yellow hue with shimmering green highlights

👃Aromas: Candies lemons, praline, tropical fruits, and white peach.

👅Palate: Full-bodies, creamy taste with great acidity, long lasting finish with notes of lightly toasted brioche.

🍽Food pairing: Pork, rich fish (salmon, tuna), shellfish and soft cheese.

👀Colour: Rich Reddish Brown

👃Nose: Citrus, balanced with cinnamon, sherry and wood smoke.

👅Palate: Full and rich with dried fruits, ginger spices and a hints of wood smoke.

Overall, long with dried fruit, wood smoke and spices.

This single malt whisky is mature exclusively for 25years in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak from Spain creates a rich flavors of vanilla, dried fruits and ginger spices with a long finish.

Enjoy in both on the rocks or neat.

This whisky is matured minimum 18 years in three exceptional oak cask types. This complex combination of cask delivers tropical flavors balanced with wood smoke.

👀 Colour: Light Amber

👃Nose: Heady, exotic and floral with a hints of jasmine, tropical fruits and peat.

👅Palate: Soft and rich with hints of citrus, spices and wood smoke. Finish with lingering hints of orange zests.

Enjoy them both in neat or ice.

🥃Big Peat Christmas Limited Edition 2021

This independent whisky bottler is a blended malt with malted whiskies from medley of marvelous Islay distillery, and boasts a full bodes peaty profile.

Country: Scotland

👃Nose: Tarry rope, stroopwafel, toasted brioche, vegetal peat smoke.

👅Palate: Still richly smoky with a crackle of black pepper brining a core of soicinessc rounded by orange and lemon.

Finished: very slight floral, but peered noted carry on and on.

Karuizawa Ruby Geisha 34 + 38 years old each matured in a sherry butt and portrays a distinctive Karuizawa sherry-cask matured style, it brings together richness, sweetness and savory notes into an intense yet balanced whole. 🥃

This pair of whisky is a sought-after collectible by whisky lovers as the spike in Japanese whisky has increase.

Another reason was the distillery has stopped production due to demolished of its distillery in 2016 as well.

Therefore this whisky has limited number of bottles to be sold worldwide.
