Sommelier's Pick of The Month - November Edition with Richard Letch!

This November, we have Richard Letch, General Manager of AP Cafe. One of the newest additions to the team is Richard, he loves drinking wines as much he loves talking about wine all day. In this selection, Ricky loves a good blanc de blanc to cool him off by the beach, and a superb Riesling to follow. He loves elegant reds, such as this pinot noir from the Yarra Valley that is so smasheable that you might need another bottle

Dr Mayer Pinot Noir 2023 - Big perfume of black cherry, green olive, undergrowth, black pepper, rosemary and fennel.

He prefers starting the night with an easy-drinking white with subtle complexity from Bannockburn. Next, he enjoys a smashable red from Timo Mayer, and to finish, a bold red from Tomfoolery that perfectly complements a steak or serves as a great after-dinner drink.
