Nicolò Grippaldi Spinasanta paired with Jumbo Seafood and their Famous Chilli Crab. The thoughtfully balanced flavour profiles of this wine especially pair well with any seafood as well as asian and Singaporean food in particular. We highly recommend giving this pairing a try!

Nicolò Grippaldi is a biodynamic winery from Gagliano Castelferrato located 651 metres above sea level in the province of Enna, Sicily.

Only 3800 bottles and 290 magnums of pure Nerello Mascalese called Spinasanta, DOC SICILIA, were made in 2018 which was included by Luca Maroni in the yearbook of the best Italian wines and winner of the gold medal at the international wine competition Mondial des vins Extremes.

Meet the wine maker, Nicolò.

Nicolò Grippaldi is a biodynamic winery from Gagliano Castelferrato located 651 metres above sea level in the province of Enna, Sicily.

Only 1600 bottles and 120 magnums made of Nero d'Avola 50% and Nerello Mascalese 50% called Dei Pinti, DOC SICILIA were made 2019 and elected by Luca Maroni as the best biodynamic wine of the year and included in the yearbook of the best Italian wines.
