Signature cocktail named Passion by 🏆

Eusébio Silva, a top bartender from Funchal, Madeira, is recognized as one of the best in Portugal. He stands out in both national and international cocktail competitions, representing Portugal on major stages. He placed 8th out of 55 countries at the IBA World Championships in Greece in 2006 and in Singapore in 2010. He also achieved 7th place in Tokyo in 2016 and 4th place in Denmark in 2017. In 2022, he secured 2nd place in the National Cocktail Championship. Now, as Assistant Bar Manager at , he continues to showcase exceptional creativity and dedication.
