We couldn’t have done it all without the help of our teammates! As one of our missions in this small business, we want to provide work opportunities and a dignified income to stay-at-home moms, women and working students/out-of-school youths through the beauty of gift curation. I agree with my client 💯. Among the three proposals I sent out, the one with custom burlap pouch was the winner — love how it adds a rustic feel to the whole package. But did you know I had these custom made? Yep. While the market is saturated with synthetic “burlap” pouches with very thin material 🙅🏻♀️ I just needed to find the right item. Sayang naman to have all of the good contents to be ruined by one detail 🫠 After sourcing for daaaays thank God I found locals who actually make them! The quality is superb and fitting for its contents— sustainably grown coffee grounds from small community farmers in the Cordilleras and the award-winning @aurochocolate! Not to mention the packaging we used were beautiful pandan boxes made in Laguna. If you want to be the best in whatever you do, you really have to be extra. I’m also happy this project not just helped S&F workers but also contributed to many locals and small businesses. And I love how big companies lean more and more towards sustainable gift sets for their corporate giveaways!

It’s our second year attending @Brotherph’s Supplier Thanksgiving Event! This time, I was EXTRA thrilled to see the array of crafting machines ready for the attendees to experience! I explored their label printers, ScanNCut cutting machine, embroidery machine (I got my eye on this one for our gift shop!), and inkjet printers. I have to mention, each one is high quality and perfect for crafters who enjoy creating! Joeward, Pat, and I had a great time crafting and connecting with the people we work with at Brother Ph.
