Good day everyone,

For customers purchasing we have a few rules to follow to be able to produce perfect engraved items.

1. Please provide a clear photo of your choice. not a screenshot, blurry, too dark or too bright. It must be clear and high definition photo.

2. All engravings will be done in batch so hopefully it will be done every Saturday or Sunday till 4pm.

3. Instruction must be clear when talking about the design you want and no last minute changes because we only have limited stocks of items.

4. for any changes, you must pay the same price that you have previously ordered.

all inquiries will be through email for better photo quality transfer than messenger.
