Hello Everyone to ensure we deliver you our best service please read through some rules below when ordering from our shop:
1) When placing orders, please allow atleast ONE Day in advance notice to give us ample time to prepare your order
and ensure completeness and accuracy.
2) If it can't be helped and orders are RUSH.. Please make sure to give us ATLEAST 3 hours in advance notice to prepare your orders
3) DO NOT ORDER a pickup service (GRAB, Lalamove, Mr Speedy etc) before you receive notification that your order is ready. If your rider arrives and your order is not ready we will not be responsible for cancelling the rider. If you have a preferred time of ordering to avoid peak hours and rush hours of couriers MAKE SURE to place your orders a day in advance so we have ample time to prepare your orders in time for the pickup service.
4) Once your order is complete and ready we will send you a CONFIRMATION that you can now order your pickup service via SMS, social media messenging apps or email (depending on where you have contacted us with your order).
5) Our shop hours are open to place and complete your orders between 8AM-6PM. If orders are placed outside of these shop hours we will try our best to accomodate but otherwise we will attend to inquiries and orders the next day.
