We are really sorry for the downtime. Im so sad to say na wala pong maidedeliver this week as per main office..we would be more than happy to deliver your orders kaya lang nagkaroon ng problem sa plastic film na ginagamit ntin..ayaw po namin mag serve ng hinde high quality product,malutong po ung plastic at pumuputok pag matigas na nag ice candy.. our plants can handle our demand in terms of production, waiting lang po sa high quality plastic wrap po.Good thing is Dumating na ung bagong films, Deliveries will resume nxt week..

i will keep you posted po.. additional 3 flavors po ang idadagdag sa flavors ntin. Maraming salamat po sa pang uunawa..

Ang system po ng Frostville ay territorial. Kapag may nauna nang "stockist" sa isang area yun lang po kukuhanan ng mga dealer within that area..

We strictly enforce this to manage the supply and protect our stockists and dealers..

Napakahigpit din po namin sa requirements for stockist..Hindi kami basta-basta tumatanggap lang porket gusto magdirect.

We hope you understand. If not, mahihirapan po kayo sa negosyong ito.

( para po ito sa mga nagtatanong kung bakit hindi tayo pwedeng magresell sa hindi natin ka area)

REMINDERS:

Sa mga darating pong meet ups sana po dumating po kayo on time para hindi po lumambot ang ice candy na inorder nyo po sa amin..

Frozen ko po sya dadalhin sa labas ng ministop near sawsawan restobar..medyo may kainitan nrn po kaya sana po maunawaan nyo din po na need syang ipick up on time..

Once po nireserve nyo yung slot means good as sold na po ito mga ma'am and sir huh..kasi po cash po naming binabayaran mga orders (batch) na pinapasa namin sa office..sana wala pong joy reserver or hindi sisipot sa araw ng meet up na pinost po namin..

Wala po kameng malaking freezer para ilagay po lahat ng items na hndi nyo kukunin..sana po maunawaan nyo po ako..
