We hear you! 📣
We understand how frustrating it is to wait for months for our orders to come thru. We apologise for the inaccurate information we have provided on our previous post as we are only following the updates of the courier and the package tracker on their website. They change the details on the tracking page frequently due to the hold-up of reaching Manila shores. Rest assured that the issue has now been brought up to the management team of the courier, and we have received a response.
1. When will the box arrive in Manila?
- The box has already arrived on the 30th of October. 🥳 The delay is caused due to the massive traffic with shipments of containers overseas due to the pandemic.
2. When can I get my hands on my order?
- We get ya! We are keen to send our orders to our customers straight away, too! Once the customs have released the box, it will take 3-5 business days for it to arrive on our doorstep. Let us go through the box first to make sure everything has been accounted for and we can start sending the orders right after!
What should we do in the meantime? Keep an eye out for our next post to let you know that our Batch 5 has arrived. We request that you settle any remaining balance before we can ship your order to your postal address.
