Before this year ends, we would like to thank our friends and family who supported our fresh start in making souvenirs.
Thank you for sharing and recommending us to your friends. Thank you for the warm support. We wouldn’t be pursuing this small business without you. But this post isn’t just about thanksgiving but also a realisation.

Looking back, we realised a lot of lapses in our product.

First, since the pots are made of cement, it is inevitable to have imperfections (holes) on it and it is sad to say that we can’t do anything about it aside from choosing the best ones. Also, because of high risk, we were not able to cater customers outside Tagum. And it’s sad.

Second, the packaging.
We are very sorry for the poor packaging. We will invest more on styrofoams to make it better and for lesser damages.

Third, the ribbons.
A little bit messy and not so durable. Especially on our last output. We were not able to anticipate such problem and we really feel guilty for not-so-presentable ribbons. Please allow us to improve it more.

With these realisations, we came up to a solution which is to have new designs that are less risky and less stressful which will be posted tomorrow.
