As much as we would like to accept all your orders, it’s our regret not to accomodate some of it anymore because;

1. The time allocated for your request is not enough to finish your order. We prioritize the quality of products we could provide rather than the quantity of order we received. Thus, quality over quantity.

2. We’re lacking out of manpower. We surely take note of this as improvement for the coming months or years to accomodate your requests/orders.

3. There is a high demand for some of the raw materials that we need to make our products. The arrival date of it might be late on the day you needed the items. No local stores can supply what we use for our it which makes it more special most specially here in Rinconada area.

Again, our apologies and we will take this as room for improvements.
