- Cut off is every Monday
- For Pick-Up. You can pick up your ham directly from us every Tuesday to Sunday. Just let us know when you’d like to collect it!

Ordering Deadlines
Keep in mind that there can be cutoff dates for pre-orders, especially as demand for holiday hams tends to be high. Try to place your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery and availability.

For confirmed orders, a 50% down payment (DP) is required.
Strictly no cancellations once the order is confirmed.

Storage & Preparation
If you’re ordering frozen, be sure to plan ahead for defrosting time. A frozen ham should ideally be thawed in the fridge for 24-48 hours before cooking.
If it's a fully cooked ham, you just need to reheat it, and possibly glaze it if it’s unglazed.
