Refreshing! HERENZA BLANCO.
Pansa blanca & Sauvignon blanc. DO Alella. Mountain & Sea together.
It is the smallest DO in Catalonia and the closest to Barcelona. It has a typical soil, sauló, which gives its wines special characteristics: it has very good drainage which makes the roots of the vine go very deep and gives them minerality.

The family-owned winery based in Spain, produces high-quality kosher wines as well as sparkling wines varieties like Cava. They own a small vineyard in DO Montsant, but they also produce wines using grapes grown in vineyards located in other parts of Spain, with DO Ribera del Jucar, Priorat, Rioja and Utiel -Requena. At Elviwines grapes are grown in accordance with the lunar calendar, adapting to the rhythm of the seasons, the earth, the moon, the force of nature. Season by season, their wine growers work completely in sync with the rhythms of the planet, creating a beautifully natural and unique product at the end of each year.
