It's hard to believe it's already been a year since Fabri and I started this wild ride. So I thought about reintroducing ourselves to those of you who are new to our brand. 😊
Fabri and I are both from Uruguay and met in Auckland a few years ago while sipping mate🧉 at Mission Bay (our national drink, pronounced 'MAH-teh'). We quickly became tight friends, and during the 2021 lockdown, we realized how much we missed alfajores (one of the best sweet treats ever). So we put our heads together and decided to create our own mouth-watering biscuit sandwiches! And we're so grateful for the support of our amazing customers. 🙏💛
We are real people running a small (but passionate) business. Thanks for sticking with us, and let's keep this Mate train chugging along! 🚂
