The bistro will be closed to take part in Hawkes Bays HOTTEST food and wine event! 🍷 🥂 🦪🍔

We are paired up with and who will be pouring all day while we serve freshly shucked Oysters and grilling truffled cheeseburgers. All set against the background of other local wineries, eateries and live music playing throughout the day!

We'll be getting our party on so we will be taking a four day weekend, Sunday 7th - Wednesday 11th and we will be back to regular hours from Thursday. Excited to see everyone in tonight to celebrate what has been another excellent year for good wine, good food and great friends. Thanks to all 🥂🍾

We're thrilled to share that Cellar 495 earned our first hat last night at the 2024 Cuisine Magazine Good Food Awards! We're incredibly proud to represent Hastings as the only restaurant to receive this honour. Shoutout to our small but mighty team at Cellar 495—this wouldn't have been possible without a ton of passion and dedication. Congratulations to our fellow Hawke's Bay recipients: Pacifica, Craggy Range Winery, Central Fire Station Bistro and Black Barn Bistro —we're in such incredible company. And a big cheers to all the winners across the country—you're all raising the bar for New Zealand food and wine.
