Rules for Level 3 from Tuesday 11.59pm (for below the Auckland border):

TLDR: Essentially level 4 but with takeaways 🍔

🔺 No regional travel allowed (apart from those with exemptions). An Auckland boundary will be established.
🔺 Businesses can open if no close personal contact. Only click and collect. Takeaways can only operate by delivery, contactless pickup.
🔺 Bars & eateries cannot open, except for click & collect
🔺 Bubbles remain. Stay home as much as possible and stay in your bubble.
🔺 Children should only go to school if parents need to work and no other options are available. Most schools remain closed.
🔺 Public venues remain closed
🔺 Upto 10 people allowed together for weddings, funerals, Tangihanga
🔺 Mask wearing is mandatory for customers and staff (e.g. supermarkets, picking up takeaways)
🔺 Mask wearing is mandatory for public transport
🔺 Playgrounds are closed.
🔺 Fishing from shore is allowed but not from a boat
🔺 Hunting is allowed on foot, but not motorized vehicles
