Supporting local has been on the forefront of our mission when opening Cellar 495 and we made no exception with our only beer available on tap. Using pure Hawkes Bay rain water, combined with the grainy malt characters, noble hops and traditional Bavarian yeast, Prophesy Pilsner delivers a clean crisp, medium bitterness with a light body feel, creamy head and a good balance of floral and fruity aromas from the yeast. Support local and come have a cold one! 🍻

The bistro will be closed to take part in Hawkes Bays HOTTEST food and wine event! 🍷 🥂 🦪🍔

We are paired up with and who will be pouring all day while we serve freshly shucked Oysters and grilling truffled cheeseburgers. All set against the background of other local wineries, eateries and live music playing throughout the day!
