🍋✨ When life hands you lemons, make a refreshing Mint Lemon Mojito!

METHOD: Add a handful of ice cubes to a tumbler or highball glass. Add rum, simple syrup and lemon juice. Top with soda water and give it a gentle stir to combine. Garnish with mint leaves, and citrus slices.

Graham Norton Wines & Spirits GN Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Interesting wine, a blend of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 88%, Hawke's Bay Pinot Gris 8% and Gisborne Chardonnay 4%.
Pale straw in colour with subtle green hues. The nose has aromas of pip fruit, red apple, ripe pear, and a little tropical fruit, pineapple & guava. On the palate a soft, medium-sweet, fruit-driven palate, pip & stone-fruit flavours persist, a gentle acidity / textural grip & a medium off-dry finish.
