Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Ocean View, Swakopmund

Shift Work Required: 24/7 operation – flexible shifts with some transport provided
Are you an experienced Supervisor with a passion for managing operations in a fast-paced, busy environment?
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team. We’re seeking someone who can hit the ground running, bringing both leadership and operational expertise to our 24/7 store. If you have a strong background in grocery retail, familiarity with the Arch system, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise all store activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective operations.
* Cashups: Manage cash handling and cash-up processes with accuracy.
* Stock Control: Ensure accurate stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and assist with receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
* Manage Merchandisers: Lead and support merchandisers, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are well-maintained, and products are properly organized.
* Assist with Receiving: Help with the stock receiving process to ensure items are processed and stored correctly.
* General Supervision: Manage day-to-day store operations, handle customer service inquiries, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain store presentation.
Requirements:
* Proven Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail or grocery environment is essential.
* Arch System Experience: Familiarity with the Arch system is crucial for smooth and efficient integration into the role.
* Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team while also being a strong team player.
* The ability to think independently and make decisions under pressure is a must.
* Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and handle a range of responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Adaptability & Proactivity: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a flexible mindset in a busy, high-energy store.
