It’s wine o clock! Let’s travel to Italy~
It delivered a mix of lime, lemon peel, quince, white pepper, green herbs and mineral notes. A crisp dry white with a slight bitter finish. Definitely a lovely arneis. Very nice match for freshly smoked salmon with spicy sour cream.

阿内斯（Arneis）是意大利皮埃蒙特（Piedmont）产区的经典白葡萄品种之一。阿内斯葡萄酸度较低，酿制出的葡萄酒香气精妙，清爽脆口，果味浓郁，有着中等的酒体。此酒来自于意大利的巴罗洛侯爵酒庄，酒精度13.5% ，葡萄手工采收，并立即进行压榨，保持了新鲜的风味，很适合搭配海鲜和鱼。

Four months in oak has given this wine a decidedly soft, creamy texture that meshes nicely with the flavors of ripe peaches and green apples. Yet there's also a crisp, lime-driven finish so the wine doesn't seem heavy. Best Buy.

Santero company is one of the most respected manufacturers not only sparkling, but also the classical types of wine. It was a great pairing after a heavy dinner. Very light, fruity, not overly sweet and refreshing. One of the best moscato can find in Malaysia. Try it out!

Nice acidity and well balanced. Very obvious citron flavour in the nose, little white flower, honey taste in the end. Considering its price, I will say it’s a 4 stars wine for casual drinking. Not the best but good enough!

Chenin blanc
全南非销量较高的葡萄酒之一。一开始它的香气是非常淡，有种若有似无的花香，像是一种淡淡的啤酒香。它的酸度相当高，香味在口中依然不明显，就连酒精也没什么感受得到，就是那种轻快的酸在轻盈地刺激口腔。入喉时那种顺畅让人感觉到不像是在喝酒。不过喝了几口，就可以感受到12% 的威力了。整体来说，除了酸和顺口，它各方面表现普普，但也因为这样，它搭配任何菜式都很合适，因为它不抢戏，是默默担任绿叶的角色。

It’s wine o clock! Let’s travel to New Zealand ~
Pale lemon, a little spritz. Nose is amazing, really grassy, some gorse even, something floral too. Nose of wet slate somehow and asparagus increase with a little air. Entry is extremely soft and delicate, flavour intensity builds into citrus and passionfruit, with a decent acidity and body. Good finish, worth to try.

It’s wine o clock! Lets check out the Whisky-like wine ~
Jacob’s creek double barrel series, a range of premium red wines first aged in tradition wine barrels, before being finished in aged Scotch whisky barrels. The barrel-finish gimmick is broadly, and commonly, used in the liquor market, as well as in craft beer industry all around the world, but it was virtually unheard of with wine. Yet the whole feels very coherent, and well executed. The unique Double Barrel technique of finishing in aged Irish whiskey barrels has integrated the myriad of flavours and brought extra richness to the palate. Overall, it is definitely a powerful, spicy and exuberant Australian Shiraz, as the style demands. Try it out~
