Pretty purple color with bluish reflections. The first nose is spicy then powerfully fruity and ripe: strawberry jam and raspberry coulis. The mouth is unctuous and velvety. Very ample and greedy. The tannins are chiselled. The finish is very jammy, with a hint of mint that brings back a little tonicity and freshness.

Beautiful golden yellow color with green highlights. The nose is complex with a floral attack, then notes of honey to finish with ripe exotic fruits. The attack on the palate is generous. Nice volume in the heart of the mouth. This wine has aromas of passion fruits and grapefruit, a nice acidic edge on the finish for a good persistence on the palate.

White made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, without passage through wood, but kept in contact with its fine lees for 8 months in stainless steel tanks, before being bottled. Of great typicality, it shows ripe white and pit fruits, at the right point, followed by floral notes, of white herbs and spices, which appear both in the nose and in the mouth. Fluid and delicious to drink, it has vibrant acidity, firm and creamy texture and full and persistent finish, with citrus, saline, peach and pineapple touches. - Revista Adega

Located on the outskirts of the Chablis appellation, these plots are characterized by very chalky Portlandian soils with little arable land that are based on high grounds, with stony areas of fairly light soil and eroded plateaus.

Serve chilled as an aperitif or with starters, seafood or snails.

Winemaker’s note
Deep cherry red with violet hues. The nose reveals black fruit, such as blackberries, blueberries and black cherries, intermingled with notes of pepper and spices, as well as damp earth and even some mineral notes, like graphite. In the mouth, this wine has vibrant body and is very fresh and tense. It is smooth on entry, with firm, velvety tannins and fresh acidity, which makes for a long, persistent finish.
