The Idaho Potato Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sunway University, which is a leading university in the region on strategic collaborations in culinary innovations & advancements, healthy and nutritional food cultivations, promotions of creative healthy lifestyles, spearheading the leadership in potato education and more to benefit both the stakeholders in the Idaho Potato Industry as well as Sunway University in Asia!

❣️直播時 粉絲提問的食譜在這❣️

馬鈴薯1顆（約150g)
檸檬汁20c.c.
蒜泥8g
花生碎10g
乾辣椒末6g
調味料
淡色醬油1大匙
檸檬汁4大匙
糖1大匙
魚露1大匙
花椒粉1小匙

作法
1. 馬鈴薯去皮後切麵線絲，並洗淨沖掉表面的澱粉質。
2. 開水滾後放入馬鈴薯絲汆燙10秒至斷生，取出瀝乾。
3. 調味料加入蒜泥、乾辣椒末，花椒粉拌好成醬汁，淋在汆燙過的馬鈴薯絲上，最後加入花生碎和香菜擺盤裝飾即可。
