Once part of Chรขteau Angelus, Chรขteau Daugay benefits from the coolness of clay soils and the filtering capacities of limestone which provides excellent natural drainage. The wine is aged in 25% in new oak barrels, 25% in one-year barrels, 25% in oak tank, 25% in stainless-steel tanks for several months.

Fresh and expressive aromas of red berries with touch of spices. Medium-bodied on the palate with a soft and juicy texture well balanced with delicates tannins. A very elegant St Emilion.

The 15 year old single malt scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of American oak casks with a small portion of European oak casks to balance the liquid. A cautious start with soft hints of melon and summer citrus fruit, opening up to reveal firm waxy notes and rich floral aromas; a whole garden of geraniums and roses. Later, warming spices develop into appetizing cinnamon and ginger-spiced biscuits.
