Whitehaven's brand has evolved from its very early days. The original label used on early vintages is quite different to the one that is now internationally recognised.

The distinctive Whitehaven anchor insignia was not always featured on the label, however it is now
recognised as a marque of the wine label's quality, consistency and integrity.

The anchor insignia forever connects Whitehaven to its nautical beginnings.

Our Capitel San Rocco Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC 2021 has been rated by Othmar Kiem and Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points.

“An intense ruby red, brightening on the rim. Somewhat reserved on the nose, dried plums, preserved cherries and fine chocolate notes. Finely meshed tannins on the palate, multi-layered, salty, a nice interplay between the fresh fruit and the sweet texture.”
