The 2015 vintage Blanc de Blancs cuvée, from the Maison Louis Roederer is a pure, fine, brilliant wine. The Chardonnays were selected from the "La Côte" parcel of the Avize terroir classified as Grand Cru. Depending on the vintage, between 15 and 20% of the Chardonnays are vinified in oak barrels, then the totality is aged in cellars for 5 years.

Depuis sa vertigineuse falaise, le Château de Mercuès surplombe le Lot et éblouit de sa superbe. Les 36 hectares du vignoble offrent aujourd’hui un Malbec de Cahors d’excellence, comme sacré.
Résidence d'été des Comtes-Evèques pendant près de douze siècles, cette cuvée célèbre ces hommes qui ont fait du Château de Mercuès, un haut lieu d’hospitalité.
Une cuvée emblématique, juste milieu entre la concentration d'un Malbec au fruité gourmand et une texture généreuse et veloutée en bouche.

From its vertiginous cliff, the Château de Mercuès overlooks the Lot and impresses with its superb. The 36 hectares of the vineyard offer a Malbec de Cahors of excellence, as if it were sacred.
Summer residence of the Counts-Evèques for nearly twelve centuries, this wine celebrates these men who made the Château de Mercuès a place of hospitality.
