人気ライトノベル「涼宮ハルヒ」「灼眼（しゃくがん）のシャナ」などの挿絵を手がけるイラストレーター、いとうのいぢさん＝兵庫県加古川市出身＝が、同市をイメージして描き下ろした「かこのちゃん」が、同市の「まちの魅力発信キャラクター」になりました。
