Miyash*ta Brewery is a general alcoholic beverage manufacturer that has been in business for 115 years. Since its birth in the late Edo period (1603-1868), rice for sake called "Omachi rice" has been used to make sake. Omachi rice, which has its origin in Miyash*ta Brewery's hometown Okayama, is used as a secondary ingredient in the Omachi Rice Lager, which is fermented at a lower temperature than usual and matured slowly with the sake brewing process. The combination of "Malt" and "Omachi rice" gives it a full flavor and a unique mellowness.

"VIRTUAL TASTING SESSION 2020 on Nov 18th
Japanese craft beer tasting event was held online this year. A total of 30 restaurants, bars, and retailers operating in the Los Angeles area participated in the event.
Beers from 11 Japanese breweries,
Baeren Brewery, COEDO Brewery, DHC Beer, Doppo Beer, HAKKAISAN Brewery, Karuizawa Brewery, KIZAKURA, MIYAZAKI HIDEJI Beer, Morita Kinshachi Beer, Waku Waku Brewery, Yoho Brewery introduced Japanese craft beers made from indigenous ingredients and traditional styles.
Participants sang ""Cheers!"" and ""Kanpai! and sipped Japanese craft beer.
