It is with great sorrow I announce the sudden passing of the 5th circle two days ago. It may be gone, but we will never forget the endless hours spent playing demolition derby with the other drivers there. We will always fondly remember the long hours we spent waiting the police to waive us through while the traffic is completely blocked. It is survived by it's brother, the 4th circle, and two nieces, the 3rd and 2nd circle. At least it's in heaven now with the 7th and 8th circle. All expats are reminded not keep driving towards Bayader trying to get the 5th circle because it has joined the great highway in the sky. RIP
