🍇 It’s coming from only certain areas, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, and made primarily from Glera grape.
The fundamental differences in compare with champagne:
✔️ type of grapes it’s made from
✔️ fermentation process
(Prosecco is fermented in big common tanks but not in each individual bottle, that’s why it has less sparkles ✨)

In fact, the bottle and wine in it was damaged during tasting and never sold.
☝️ It was mentioned in numerous movies, poems of Edgar Allen Poe and It inspired for the whole opera composed in 1887.

Have you’ve heard about it?
🇫🇷 It’s a winemaking stream which emerged in 90-s in Bordeaux area, France in response of high-end traditions of wine production.
The wine was literally produced in garages from grapes of small terroirs in different blends proportion, non usual for Bordeaux.
🤚🦶 Sometimes hands and feet were used to smash the grape.
However, these wines are highly rated due to it’s tasting value:
✔️ higher tannins
✔️ higher alcohol content
✔️ more expressive nose, taste, finish
✔️ more fruity notes.
Jean-Luc Thunevin, owner of Château Valandraud was one of the first garagistes to start this wine style.
And as wine critic Robert Parker called him as a Bad Boy for breaking the rules of Bordeaux, the wine was named so 😀

It’s a truly luxurious cognacs created in 1905 by Abel Tesseron in Cognac region, Grand Champagne, France.
The signature of Tesseron for years has been cognacs aged in 12th century crypt and three types of grapes in it’s recipe:
🍇 Ugni Blanc is added for roundness
🍇 Folle Blanche for finesse
🍇 Colombard for strength and depth.
☝️ When most of cognac brands are focused only on Ugni Blanc, Tesseron considers two other grapes very crucial for the final product, however it’s not easy to grow.
Here is 4 editions by Tesseron represented in our shop:
▪️ LOT N° 90 XO SELECTION has strong and complex herbal, almond taste. Good to be enjoyed on the rocks.
▪️ LOT N° 76 XO TRADITION aged till perfection and gives caramel nose, palate of nuts and dried fruits.
