Today I went with my family to visit the birth place of our Lord Jesus in Bethlehem. It took us 2 hours drive from Jerusalem to Bethlehem which is only 6 miles away.
The absence of congregants in the Church of the Nativity due to war echoes a haunting silence, where the hallowed halls, usually vibrant with prayer and reverence, stand empty, a poignant testament to the devastating impact of conflict on cherished places of solace and worship.
Letโs pray together for peace of the world and especially the Holy Land.
