The January Hydration Scale
1 – Bone Dry: Not a drop touches your lips. You’re practically a cactus!
2 – Parched: One or two special occasions, but otherwise, it’s all tea and sparkling water.
3 – Desert Breeze: A couple of glasses a week – because life’s about balance, right?
4 – Slightly Damp: The odd drink here and there, just to keep things interesting.
5 – Moist: Weekends are fair game, but weeknights are a no-booze zone.
6 – Dewy: A casual drink most days, but you’re keeping things pretty low-key.
7 – Misting: Drinking 3–4 times a week because, well, January isn’t that bleak.
8 – Light Showers: You’re not quite overindulging, but Dry January isn’t your vibe this year.
9 – Pouring Rain: It’s basically business as usual – Dry January, who?
10 – Monsoon Season: A drink every day, and loving it. This January is extra wet.
