and primary school, affect on local business, escalation of anti-social behaviour issues of recent times due to supermarket off licence sales, flooding issues, affect on residents in close proximity specifically in relation to parking and disturbance, deliveries, noise pollution and right to light. It should be noted that this group is for development on the site, and not about preserving the site in it's current state, this is about saving the village from a major development that could cripple local infrastructure because of the above outlined concerns. We want to save this site for suitable development that will compliment and enhance our village.
