New to Keller's Carry Out, Long Feathers Chenin Blanc and Shiraz.
These wines come from South Africa and taste delicious.

The Chenin Blanc is light, dry and acidic. It smells fresh and fruity and tastes of tropical fruits with a crisp aftertaste.
It pairs well with seafood, roast chicken, spicy food and mild cheese.

The Shiraz is bold with strong tannins, while being dry and slightly acidic.
This Shiraz tastes of ripe black fruit with elegant and spicy aromas, with a wonderfully silky aftertaste.
It pairs well with beef, lamb and deer.

Why not try a whiskey from our Drumshanbo range this weekend.
We currently have the Drumshanbo Single Pot Still, Galánta and Marsala Cask.

The Single Pot Still is triple distilled before being matured in a combination of Kentucky bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, making for a glorious balance of cream and spice.

Galánta is the first single malt Irish whiskey distilled in Connacht in over 107 years. It's a full bodied whiskey, distilled using malted Irish barley, while ageing in Kentucky bourbon casks.

Marsala is a unique seven-year-old Irish whiskey. It has been triple-distilled with malted and un-malted Irish barley, and Irish Barra oats at The Shed Distillery in Co Leitrim. Matured in Sicilian Marsala casks since 2017, the whiskey has a truly distinctive character with rich dried fruits, hazelnut and oak spice notes.

An exciting Irish whiskey made in collaboration with West Cork Distillers, Thin Lizzy members Scott Gorham and Brian Downey, together with Phillip Lynott’s family.
After many tastings they personally selected an unusual blend of grain and malt Irish Whiskies finished in double charred oak casks.
The result is a whiskey that is rich in vanilla notes with a slight bit of smokiness and a long malty finish.

The Air and Alchemy behind Lambay

Lambay Irish Whiskey is a distinctive spirit that captures the essence of its unique island origin. Crafted on Lambay Island, located off the coast of Dublin, this whiskey benefits from the island’s maritime climate and its rich natural resources.

A collaboration between the renowned Camus Cognac family and the Baring family of Lambay, it combines traditional Irish whiskey-making techniques with innovative maturation processes, including aging in French oak cognac casks.
